Shipping and Devlivery

1. All products purchased from our site www.daralfshion.com can be exchanged within 10 days if and only if:
   • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
   • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
   • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
   • Anything is missing from the package including labels and original packing etc. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if claim is made within 3 days of the order delivery. Please email pictures of the defective item to contact@daralfshion.com or call at +971 50132 5063 within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute.
   • Dar Al Khair Gen Trading Sole Proprietorship will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer.
2. In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
3. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
4. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained
5. International shipment is made via UAE POST and DHL to ship international orders.
   • Any custom charges or import duties imposed are sole responsibility of the buyer.
   • The custom charges are imposed by destination country's customs department which is collected by the courier on the behalf of Customs department. In case Parcel/order is not received upon arrival due to such may result in parcel being held/discarded, Dar Al Khair Gen Trading Sole Proprietorship will not be responsible.
6. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
7. Delivery charges are subject to change any time, for any shipment current delivery charges will be applied according to schedule given below. Actual weight of the parcel will be ceiled to the next nearest integer. Shipping charges will be applied based upon destination and weight of the parcel. If weight falls with in two weight limits then rate of upper limit will be applied. Total weight and delivery charges applied will be shown in checkout page and also will be emailed to the customer along with other invoice information.

We provide shipping in UAE and internationally through Max Courior/SkyNet/UAE Post/DHL. It will take 3-5 business days for delivery after verification within UAE and 8-10 days for international orders delivery. Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.
